Un pequeño post para contarles que terminé el pequeño cojín que estaba haciendo!
A short post to tell you I finished the small cushion I was doing!
La realidad es que lo terminé anoche…sabía que hoy era un día movido: mi hijo comenzaba primer grado y tuvo su primer día! luego supermercado, y en la tarde cine con los niños…un día entretenido, como despidiendo las vacaciones. Este lunes ya todo vuelve a horarios y colegio 😦
The truth is that I finished it last night … I knew today would be a busy day: my son started first grade and had her first day! then supermarket, cinema with the kids … a funnny day, as dismissing the holidays. Monday back to reality
Armé 6 bloques de 4,5`, procurando dejar en el interior siempre la tela con animales.
I made 6 blocks of 4.5`, placing in the center the fabric with animals.
Luego los uní
Then I sew it
Y le hice un quilting distinto a cada bloque en su interior (estrellas, corazones, espirales, etc)
And I made a different quilting in the center of each block (stars, hearts, spirals, etc.)
Después el binding lo hice completo a máquina (debo reconocerlo…)
I did the binding completely by machine (I must admit …)
Y así quedó de bello!! y muy en juego con el cojín que hice hace un tiempo utilizando la misma tela de la colección de Ann Kelle «Urban Zoologie»
I love it! Matches the cushion I made a while ago using the same fabric collection from Ann Kelle; ‘Urban Zoologie «
Pero más lindo se ve….con la cabecita de mi pequeña descansando sobre él ❤
But it looks more beautiful …. with my little daughter resting on it ❤
